Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellations

  • Service providers can define their own cancellation policies based on their service type.
  • Customers have the right to request order cancellation according to the provider's store policy.
  • If the cancellation is approved, refunds will be processed based on the provider’s refund policy.

2. Subscription Cancellations

  • Service providers can cancel their subscription to Khidmh Platform at any time through the control panel.
  • No refunds will be issued for canceled subscriptions after the paid period has started.

3. Booking Cancellations

  • Customers can cancel bookings within the time frame specified by the service provider.
  • A cancellation fee may apply if the cancellation occurs after the allowed period.

4. Provider-Initiated Cancellations

  • Service providers may cancel orders in exceptional cases, such as service unavailability or force majeure.
  • Customers will be notified immediately, and any payments will be refunded based on the refund policy.

5. How to Request a Cancellation

  • Customers can request cancellations via the app or by directly contacting the service provider.
  • Requests will be reviewed within a specified period, and customers will be notified of the decision via email or in-app notification.

6. Changes to the Cancellation Policy

We may update the cancellation policy periodically, and users will be notified of any significant changes.
