  • Payments for fully completed services are non-refundable.
  • If eligible for a refund, the amount will be returned to the original payment method used.

2. Subscription Refunds

  • Paid subscription fees are non-refundable after the subscription period has started.
  • Service providers can cancel their subscriptions, but they will not be eligible for refunds.

3. Booking Refunds

  • If a booking is canceled within the allowed period, the customer may be eligible for a full or partial refund based on the provider's policy.
  • A cancellation fee may apply and be deducted from the refunded amount.

4. Automatic Refunds

  • If an order is canceled by the service provider due to unavailability, payments will be refunded automatically.
  • Refund processing may take up to 7 business days, depending on the payment provider’s policy.

5. How to Request a Refund

  • Customers can request a refund via the app or by directly contacting the service provider.
  • Requests will be reviewed within a specified period, and customers will be notified of the decision via email or in-app notifications.
